An icy cool sunrise over the Oregon Coast Range. The car thermometer read 21 degrees. Packing up the raft for a slippery slide to the river We considered riding the raft into the river, but thought better of it. Safety first, you know.

The rewards of a cold trip! A beautiful EARLY native hen steelhead. Back into the sub 40 degree water. Whew, it was a cold one!
