Alaskan Float Trips | Gallery 1 | August 2005

Alaska; scenic, wild and beautiful. America's last great wilderness.

One of the first rainbows taken on the trip, this fish measured 24" and fell to a mouse pattern.

Dolly Varden were everywhere during our adventure.
This huge buck was one of the biggest, taping out at 28.5"
Low water made Silver fishing challenging, but we still managed lots of chrome fish.

Brilliant stripes and a taste for lemmings characterized SW Alaskan bows.
We never tired of catching 20" rainbows.
